Per Call support is offered to every registered user of M.I.S.C., this support option is billable at DataCom Software's' normal in house rate.  There is a 15 minute minimum billing amount for each call.

Capabilities

Per Call support allows the technician to resolve issues quickly in many ways.

Capability 1

Working with technicians from DataCom Software on the phone allows resolution to most questions within minutes.

Capability 2

Remote operation of your computer from our office allows for the most complicated questions or problems to be completed in the least amount of time.  This option is available for clients who have pcAnywhere tm installed on there computer.

Capability 3

Transfer of data files can be done either through E-mail or pcAnywhere tm to analyze the most difficult of problems.

 

Costs for per call instance:
