• Ability to create up to 26 different ledger cards per patient.  What this means to you is lets say a patient has been paying cash for services rendered for the last year.  Now the patient becomes involved in a personal injury case.  M.I.S. Clinic keeps the patients account together and has the ability to keep the cash portion and personal injury cases separate.

• M.I.S. Clincs Ledger card will track accounts receivables for each doctor when multiple doctors treat the same patient .

• Complete transaction audit trail when adjusting payments or services, producing added security for receivables.

• Print Ledger card for date range with the notes on or off.

• Quick search for new patient ledger using the toolbar.

• Aging for 30, 60, 90, 120 day account receivables, and individual amounts due for the patient and insurance companies.

• Patient aging shows the current ledger and all ledgers attached to the patient totals.

• Patient and insurance totals are displayed separately.
